Writing this down so I stay focused.

Saturday:

-Run an easy three on Saturday

-Limit two glasses of wine all weekend

-Roasted Turkey avocado sandwich for Le Pain Quotidien (Warren St & B'Way)

-Italian for dinner, limit one piece of bread

 

Sunday:

-Finish Staten Island Half with a smile (no time goal! not allowed to turn on virtual pacer)

-Allowed to have pizza for lunch :)

-Subway for dinner

-Walk on TM when home easy (catch up on one Blacklist)

 

I'll check in on Monday with how I did. Weekends are always my downfall but I already feel better having planned it out.
