Exercise is a passion for me. It's one of the very few things in my life that I am 100% committed to - no excuses, no half-assed efforts - I bust my arse every single workout & have for several years. 

But nutrition....that's where I fall on my face. I am an emotional eater & tend to binge when under pressure or in a lot of pain (fibromyalgia). I have to find a way to work around these problems because I work too damned hard to keep sabotaging myself. I'm hoping that a little help from Shaun T & my fellow challengers will keep me from going off the rails.
