Hello everyone!

So far I have already lost 2.1 lbs! I am a little susurprised. I don't normally lose weight that fast, and I am keeping my exercise reasonable. I am wondering if some of the interventions I have recently adopted are helping more than what I thought they would.

 

I have been drinking Manuka honey and cinnamon solution every morning and night. The honey is supposed to help boost your metabolism and increase fertility. I am having fertility issues, so this is the main reason I am drinking this stuff. I am also doing castor oil packs for fertility, but it also promotes healthy digestion and detoxification. I started both of these this week as well. I am wondering if it is giving me a weight loss boost.

 

I am a floor nurse on a very busy floor. I walk 2.25-3 miles everyday with my dog, I started jogging for 30 minutes 3 times a week, and today will be the first day I do Jillian's Shred. We have also been doing a kitchen renovations. I definitely have been eating better too.

 

If I am being honest, I love the quick weight loss; however, I want a sustainable weight loss and truly want to live a healthy life. I have already battled cancer once, and now I am suffering low fertility because of the chemo. I have yo-yoed my whole life in weight. There is a whole lot going on in my life right now. It would be amazing to not have to worry about my health and weight. I am not looking to be a Barbie doll. I just want to know I am doing the best for me.
