Got a little off track the past few days, but time to kick into gear again. Started off the day with a great spin class. I made myself a small list of personal things that I want to do during the next 3 weeks here that I think  will help not only to lose the weight, but to feed my mind and soul.

  

 

  1. Avoid coffee (the high caffiene levels are making my days rollercoaster with pep, crash, and withdrawal & it's staining my teeth) -- substitute tea
  2. Use teeth whitener strips again (loved the result years ago!)
  3. Daily green tea (~16oz)
  4. Take multivitamin daily
  5. No tv before bed - instead guided meditation, meditation music, or even peaceful quiet
  6. Rotator cuff and hip abductors exercises (not really burning calories, but working on my weak zones)
  7. Stretching daily 
  8. Try Jillian's detox tea/water combo
  9. Face cream each night
  10. Cutting all enriched flour products (croutons, pretzels -- I will miss you!)

Sounds good. Motivation! Refreshing myself!
