
Since school started, I bought a fitbit zip and have been walking 2 miles in the morning before work. My jobs usually boost that to 5 miles a day but I try my best to get in 30 active minutes and drink 64 ozs. a day. Hopefully this 30 day challenge will help me boost my weight loss. I have dropped 13 lbs. since Labor Day so it is coming off slowly which I know is the best plan to have. I wish everyone the best of luck!
