I have just quit smoking almost 2 weeks ago.  Like most smokers who quit, I turned to snacking.  I have already put some weight on, which was expected, but now it's time to nip it in the bud before it gets out of hand.  So instead of snacking tonight like I wanted to, I made a cup of Vanila Chia Tea.  Took my craving away to snack.  I have a feeling there is a lot of tea in my future.
