A year ago I was in the best shape of my life.  Not so much now.  I had a bunch of set backs from a sprained ankle to a new career change.   I had people make me feel bad for eating better.  Because I wasn't eating the fatty food they were.  I let that get to me and started to eat the bad foods.  Gained all my weight back lost my muscle tone.  Well it's time to get back in to the game.  I have to get back into the right mind set.  I want to feel good and healthy again.  I want that feeling back.  The Motivation
