Congrats on hitting the goal Stef P. Guess what I listened to her (Chalene) podcast after you told us about it and I was meticulous about my cal and I had to eat more lean protein/veggies yesterday that I had been doing to meet my caloric needs. Today I weighed and was at goal..Haven't post until I know its real and not a fluke.. Very insightful podcast!! Thanks again!!!

Thankyou for your congratulations :) & it looks like i need to congratulate you too!! That is awesome that you made your goal weight...such a relief isn't it? I'm glad you listened to, liked & implemented tips from the podcast :) sometimes we forget the simple things we can be/should be doing. Chalene is great & i recommend listening to all of her weightless podcasts...i fing them very helpful. Congrats again & i hope to see you in another Dietbet :)
