I got through my 1st day of Dietbet challenge. This is the 1st time I'm playing so I'm a bit scared.

But I think today went well.

I didn't get to make all the meals from the meal plan because our Kitchen is being renovated. So I had to improvise and eat as clean as possible.

I've started keeping track of my meals via MyFitnessPal. It really is a great tool!

The kitchen should be all finished by tomorrow and functional. So I'm excited to cook my healthy meals in the new kitchen in a few days time!

Tuesday (in Australia) is my most active day in the week. I do 1hr of Les Mills Bodystep & 1hr of Palates. So I'm feeling pretty good. :)

Now I've finished dinner and relaxing. :)
