Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Changing my eating and drinking lifestyle. I tend to not plan ahead and so then I end up eating things that are not good and have a ton of calories in them. I need to be more conscious of what I'm putting in my mouth. I'm ready to make a change and start feeling better.
