Day 2 hanging in there exercising and watching my diet.

1. Hardest part for me is sticking with it on a consistent basis long enough to see results.

2. Changing my diet and decreasing the amounts of sugary foods.

3. Not throwing in the towel on vacations and when traveling with my husband.

4. Just being accountable and consistent in healthy lifestye changes.

5. Binging out after work, from running all day and not taking the time stop and eat or to prepare and prep for meals.

Have to do better to be better.
