I agree, it's so hard to resist temptations in a social setting. Sometimes, I think if I just lock myself in the house, I'd be on track. But then again, we all need that socializing so we don't feel so out of touch with the world. It's a hard balance indeed. Good luck to you!

I agree with Z. Pitts. Preparation is key... I usually give up when I'm too hungry and the thought of having to cook a whole meal is just too much work. As for the sugar cravings... try an apple or some dried fruits (trial mix). I usually find that it hits the craving (if not entirely, just enough to suffice).

thanks y'all! i have been meal prepping for 2-3 days at a time so i can just reach for it and its ready to go. Apples and PB are my go to snack right now to tide me over between meals and fake out my sugar cravings. Today is going better for me....hope y'all are feeling it today too!
