Food in my life was not just for survival. Like many, food, chocolate, and starbucks had become an addiction for me. These past 3 weeks had been HELL for me! I've been whining, cheating and telling little white lies. I even tried to lie to the judge! I mean come on,  the ultimate weigher of justice?  I mean yeah shes blind, but those numbers dont lie. On Monday morning I could see clearly on the scale my saturday night feast. I soon came to the relization that lieing about any addition would eventually so up somewhere. Mine just happened to be on my scale or waistline.

So needless to say I've been in a self-made food rehab for my addictive behavior and abuse of food. (ha ha) In my rehab, the only rules are to

1.eat anything I want, but not abuse the portions.(Even if that means cutting that Arby's Cheddar Roast beef sandwhich in half.)

2. eat every three hours semi- healthy fullfilling foods high in fiber, and/or protein.

3. Record every single calorie in "myfitnesspal app".

I'm happy to report. I have only have less than two more pounds to lose, before the end of my first challenge. Yeaaaaaa!  On the next challenge I plan to incorporate exercise once I fully master my eating habits.

Good luck to all in the battle of healthy eating, may you live long and prosper from new habits formed in this challange.
