Hi Andrea...If you are making this babies with a BIG size pepper (2 eggs) that should count as 1 serving. But if the peppers are small w/1 egg...then eat 2 portions. Personally I eat them on Saturday ( my heavy lifting day) 4 portions with 3 eggs. Mmmmine!

Honestamente, you no agrego gana, porque el sabor es suficientemente dulce para mi. Pero si necesitas mas dulce. You aveces uso"Organic Blue agave" (cuando tengo visita) :D

Hey these are baking in my oven right now!! I can't wait, I did omit the dates because I don't have any and I don't want too much sugar....I can't believe I just said that LOL


Yes, you are right Maria! I posted with the dates, because in the past, my friends always want more sugar...they are not in the same boat that we are. But I understand your point. After getting use to cook and eat clean, your palate become more sensitive to flavors, especial slat and sugar. We don't need them that mach. It seams that your are in the right track. Good for you. Let me know how they turn out.
