I sorta fell off the wagon yesterday.  I was tired and cranky and I had a bunch of chocolate because it's classic "make me feel better" food.  I'm sort of dissappointed because other than that I had a very healthy (Lots of gym time) day, but I'll forgive myself and try to do my best today!

I had a good breakfast, one egg scrambled with spinach and a piece of toast.  I also packed my lunch and snack for today, a salad and fresh berries! Now I'm at the library trying to study as best as I can.  (but am procrastinating by writing a blog post :) )  I have practice tonight, so thats some guarenteed exercise, too.
