Last time I entered one of these challenges, I sort of gave up the healthy eating after just two weeks.  This time I'm determined to do better! I've already started eating healthier again as part of my new years resolution and have dropped most of the weight I put on over the holiday season (thank goodness!).  I think the end of January is a great time to begin, because the new years enthusiasm is starting to fade away, and we can all use the extra support to keep us on track.  Fingers crossed that this challenge can make a difference!
