Today was a good day. I got my official weigh in for the dietbet. Im currently at 145.4. Not to bad. I gained a few pounds while slacking off. I have to lose 6 lbs to earn my $30 back. I know if I stay dedicated I can do it.
For breakfast I ate some oatmeal. Luckily a little while later I recalled oatmeal leaves me starving not long after I eat it. So I had 3 strips or bacon.
Due to the fact that I spend the last month pigging out I felt hungry right at lunch. I put Emma down for a nap then pan fried my tilapia (because I still have not managed to fill the propane tank for the grill). I did a combination of walking and jogging.
For a snack I had two pieces of whole wheat cinnamon raisen bread with peanut butter. Pretty damn good.
for dinner we had pork roast corn and baked potato with sour cream.
I'm hoping to hit up the bowflex and the treadmill again for a few before bed. Let's hope it happens :)
