Well, the challenge officially starts tomorrow, so excited! This seems to be the motivation I needed. Today I was spot on. I went to the store and got the health food my house had been lacking in :/. I got a family sized chicken breat and wrapped them separate for freezing. I also got frozen tilapia along with fruits and veggies, eggs and meat. I feel pretty excited.
Started the day with mcdonalds... Yeah McDonald and weight loss... I love their fruit and maple oatmeal so I had one of those and about half of a yogurt. And since I don't drink pop my drink of choice is always unsweet iced tea!
when I got home I was starved... I had done all my shopping. So I made a 2 egg omelette with ham mushrooms onion and cheddar cheese. It was... MEH... Nothing great.
best part of the day... T25!! Wahoo! Have I mentioned how boring working out is to me. I mean I like the feeling I feel when sweat is pouring down, but it just feels like it drags...I try to switch between workouts and running and such.
Anyways.. After working out I had a banana. Boring huh.
dinner was a chicken Caesar salad. It was petty good if I do say so my self.
its now almost 8 and I'm feeling hungry.... So I'm sure I'll still eat something, so far I'm still under my calorie requirement by 250 and I never even added in my work out. So that's good news!!
