I totally am in your same boat- when I first started the 20/4 I would eat in those 4 hours like it was my last time to ever eat anything- and my husband would look at me with these big eyes and say "your going to eat again?" It was hard to figure out what I liked the best- During this dietbet challenge I am trying ADF- and I seem to like it so far.

Only if I have too- when Diet bet started I would do the 20%- but that makes for one seriously BIG salad- once you weigh & calculate the macros it was really easy. This week I am slowly cutting down to about 10 -15% TDEE cals on my lite day, and it wasn't bad- I did make some chocolate mint oolong tea before bed and that calmed the hungry stomach right down. I am at my 100% today for our challenge- so I think my body likes it. I plateaued week 2 to 3 a little- but I didn't eat perfect either. It is a journey- but I still truckin.... :)
