We've all had to start over at one point, right? I am so frustrated with myself. I was doing really well earlier this year, I had lost nearly 25 pounds. I had my cravings under control, I was eating cleaner than ever. I was getting up at 4:30 in the morning to go to the gym at least 4 days a week. These were real lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. Then when I went on vacation, apparently so did my ability to make good choices....only it never came back. It's like I stopped caring completely. Now that I've gained back everything I worked so hard to lose, I am fed up. It's time to set new standards for myself. 

 

1. I can do anything. The only person who can sabotage me, is ME. 

2. I will eat to FUEL my BODY, not SUPRESS my EMOTIONS.

3. Sleep is more important than netflix.

4. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

5. Love yourself....duh
