Here's how the weekend went. I'm going to start grading the days too:

 

Saturday:

- HoBOOken 5k! 1 mile warmup, race, then run the 2 ish miles back to car. Did the warmup & the 5k, got a new 5k personal record :) Forgot that I would have stuff to carry back from the race (swag) so instead of running I walked back.

- Breakfast - two belvita biscuits Only had one, which about an hour before the race showed when I got insanely hungry. Ran to Starbucks and had a slice of pumpkin bread (but only finished 3/4)

- Lunch - Brownstone Diner. My big treat for the weekend. Pancakes, bacon, one drink. Changed my mind and went to another place, had a burger with fries and two bellinis. Probably a calorie wash.

- Dinner - Turkey burger with pita chips. Forgot I was out of burgers, had a protein shake instead.

 Score: 7/10

Sunday:

- 7 mile run (or more). Done, plus 10 miles on the bike. Woot woot!

- Breakfast - Bagel and Olivio Done

- Lunch - Subway (sweeet onion teriyaki, chips) Got chicken shawarma at the farmer's market instead, but got it on rice and not pita.

- Dinner - TJs pasta and garlic bread. Done

Score: 9/10

 

Considering I lost weight over the weekend, I'm happy. Didn't feel like I was really dieting or holding back too much. Good balance. Next weekend will be much tougher, I'm in the city all weekend for the NYC marathon (not running, just watching). Will have to come up with a good plan.
