I kinda REALLY went overboard last weekend... BUT, I tried on a pair of jeans I bought on sale from Express that were slightly too small at the time (I could button them but had to hold my breath to get it closed, and even then I had some serious muffin-top) AND THEY FIT!! At that point, I didn't care what the scale read. I had to have lost INCHES. That means I'm gaining muscle, right? ; )

Moving forward, I'm trying a little harder to stay on track with my nutrition. Trying not to over-eat. Being more conscious about how full I actually am. Here's to Week 2!
