"One down."

FINALLY, one week of T25 completed. Now that I have $30 on the line AND a goal of slimming down for Halloween (don't judge :P), I'm feeling more motivated. I'm eating less than I usually do and trying to listen better to my body cues that I'm full. I've lost a little bit of weight since the game started, but I've lost about 6 pounds from my heaviest in the last month. Granted, I probably didn't weigh myself in the morning, but progress is progess and I'm going to keep going!
