Long road ahead

I know for myself, it didn't go on overnight and I have to remind myself it won't come off overnight either. The work we put in NOW will hopefully change the future and we won't get back to this point again - NO LOOKING BACK! Keep on what you are doing - you'll do it. And you're not alone in this. :)

Very True. I worked for took off 75lbs 3yrs ago and maintained it. Now in only 4-5 months I managed to put 50lbs back on. I am mad at myself and frustrated but You're right I have to start telling myself "NO LOOKING BACK!!!" Thanks :)

it is so much work to take off, but doesn't it seem to go on like nothing? I wish I understood that...I just know I want to work this hard only once - I WILL make this my lifestyle. :)
