All right, All right, All right... Feeling really good! It's day three of my One Week Shred and I'm doing really well.  I've been working out pretty consistently since July and the biggest change I have noticed is in my strength. I have been able to do the advanced workout in One Week Shred and, for the most part, keep up.  Yes, my heartrate is thru the roof but I really am doing a deep squat while doing wide rows for a minute straight without stopping. And a holding a tree pose with shoulder raises for a minute without falling.  The plyo moves - it's probably not pretty but I am seeing a difference in how far and how high I can pump.  And the abs... holy cow, the abs in this One Week Shred.  Killer, and I don't even want to talk about the noises I have to make, but I'm doing them.

Anyway, I've finished two days of two-a-day workouts, eating 1200 calories and saying no to alcohol and limiting my sugar and sodium.  I had some water weight from a fun weekend to shed (mission accomplished) so now I need to stick to my guns to make my goal by next Tuesday (for JM Beginner Shred and Get off your Broom dietbets). I made a little reminder 'bracelet' with a rubberband and my 'why' written on it to keep that goal top of mind.  I can really feel the difference in my body after only 2 days of these workouts.  I cannot wait to see how I feel after 7 days.  I took measurements and weighed myself so I can really see how effective it is and will share the overall results.

I read that sharing your progress publicing helps keep you accountable and motivated so I'm sharing this on Facebook to keep my goals top of mind (as if wanting to puke and screaming obscenities at the screen 2x a day isn't enought). This feels super uncomfortable but that's what it's all about, getting comfortable feeling uncomfortable, right?
