Hello everyone that's here reading this post.  Thank you for taking the time.  I want to share a victory I had today.

 

If you didn't know, I'm a Beachbody coach.  I'm continually working on improving myself, and coaching has helped me keep pushing.  My full time job requires extensive travel.  This is the first time in this position, so I had to get used to not being home for weeks at a time, nutrition being thrown off due to eating out constantly, and inconsistent ability to get my workouts in.  I recently hosted a 30 day challenge group, and my participants had amazing results.  One of the members lost 10 pounds, and is confident in her healthy habits that she formed to keep pushing.  Others saw the inches come off, and muscles become more defined.  For the challenge, I did a combination of T25 and PiYo, my two favorite programs.  I wasn't expecting to see many results, because I knew my nutrition was not what it was before traveling, and I couldn't have my consistent workout schedule.  I figured my hard work would keep me constant at my weight, and keep me from gaining weight.  And I was fine with that.  But today, I compared my before and after pictures.  And I was shocked.  

 

I don't know how many pounds I lost, because I don't have a scale at the hotel I'm staying in (still on the road!).  However, these pictures speak more to me than any number on a scale would.

I can't wait to keep pushing, finish out this DietBet Challenge strong, as well as start up my November challenge group with another amazing group of men and women dedicated to improving their health with me!!
