This is going to be a busy weekend, hopefully I can keep it together.

 

Saturday:

- Run while car is getting inspected, 5 miles minimum.

- Head into the city, light lunch at Pret a Manger (Church St)

- NYC Marathon expo and doing stuff around the city, should get lots of steps

- Dinner at WD50, three plates and two glasses of wine

 

Sunday:

- Starbucks breakfast (coffee and pumpkin bread)

- Head over to watch the marathon (be there around 11:00)

- Brunch at the boathouse (one drink)

- Run 8 miles on treadmill

- Protein shake (need to run to GNC and get some more)

 

I already had a bad day on Thursday and today (Friday) I am feeling like crap from it, so that should make it easier to not get too out of control.
