Just sent my first set of pictures of weigh-in for the DietBet10 that starts this week. On the positive side I can see how all the walking the last few months has tightened up my thighs and butt. So what are the gifts? If you have done this before can you tell me when you chose to take the gifts?

My biggest problem with food is eating at night. Someone just suggested trying not to eat after 7pm. Do es anyone have thoughts on that? What about trying to replace my favorites - pizza, crackers, cheese -with fruit or veges? Any ideas for pizza replacement?
