To have success you have to have your brain in the right place.  Look at everything you have ever done in the past towards losing weight.  What worked?  What did nt work?  What derailed you?  USE that knowledge.

 

For me, I abstain from certain things and it is working.  I am 899 days into a health lifestyle and LOVING the life I have.  WHat I am now able to do trumps ANY 2 minute taste I choose not to eat.  Which brings me to my second tip....

figure out what you want MORE....to be healthy and have a stronger body to do more fun things?  or that mini Milky Way?  YOU CANT HAVE BOTH.  I know, people say "moderation", but I honestly know exactly 1 person ( the average person knows 600 people) who can REALLY do that.

 

1/600 are not such good odds.

 

THink about it.....what works for you, what doesnt work for you.

 

Let me leave you with this...as much as you think you will hate not having X food...you ONLY crave what your body has eaten i nthe past 3 months.  Once you hit the 3 month mark, you really dont care any more what you are choosing to not eat any more.  :)
