:Another good Quote that I found on Pinterest that helps keep me motivated and moving.  

It's day 1 of my very first dietbet 10- I'm excited to get a head start on the holidays, to reach my goal weight by May 2015 and keep it off for good.  

Why I still like daily journaling:

  • When I start to think that I want to buy or eat something that is "cheat food", I tell myself that I don't need it and ask if I really want to be writing down that piece of chocolate cake and ice cream in my journal log later.  The answer is simple .... H*ll No!
  • The list of activities grow larger everyday and even when I have a "rest day" I can't stay put and want to do more things so I can write more activities down - the extra energy feels great!
