Just know that eventhough you don't reach the goal, you are still lighter than when you started. So keep it going regardless of what life throws at you. Right now with all these goings ons in your life, it's a sign to slow down and take care of yourself. Stay clean in eating at least 80% of the time and light exercise 30-min/day (i.e. walking, etc). Sleep earlier and longer than usual. You can do this!!!! Best of luck in your half marathon!!!!!!!!
