I'm hopeful that Thursday will go better than Wednesday.  I've realized in the last 6 months, the impact of work stress on my day to day life.  Yesterday was awful.  There are lay offs happening this week and while I've made it through another cut- i found out that I was traded to a new team.  That change got me angry, and stressed.  All I wanted was something bad to eat.  Luckily there's no junk food in the house or I would have eaten it all. BUT after hours of contemplating these changes- my dinner ended up being way off par -filled with calories.  It's amazing what you can do to healthy food to make it unhealthy.  

But I lost .5 pounds- go figure
