Well, day 2 is in the books. Pretty uneventful. 

Took a walk down to the comic shop which is about 2 miles away, so I got a nice little walk in. Stopped at my favorite ale house in town for lunch, which I split into lunch and dinner, enjoyed a couple beers and headed home.

As you'll see over the next 28 days, I very much follow the "calories in/calories out" style of dieting. I track lightly and I don't restrict myself. It's certaintly not a style for everyone, but it works for me.

Goal: >2100cal
