So, as you know, I just returned from vacation - or at least I physically am present at my home - becuase I think my brain is still on vacation...I know my eating habits clearly are!

Got home from work yesterday and was starved. Grabbed an apple. Ate two bowls of chili, which put me over my calorie goals, but was still good food so I was ok with that. I was STILL hungry so I ate some cheese and a granola bar. Still ok. But then my friend showed up with a bottle of wine and cookies, and I just completely lost control :-(

Things I will do differently next time:

- I didn't have any healthy snacks prepared. I think I could have managed if I'd had something else to munch on

- I forgot my rule of not eating when there is alcohol involved! Well, I remember now. I really find even one glass of wine really seems to loosen my resolve. So, back to the straight and narrow - no eating while I'm drinking.
