Came back from Disney over three pounds heavier, so I really need to buckle down.

 

Saturday:

- 5 mile run in the AM (preferably outside)

- Clif Bar for breakfast

- TJs mini tamales for lunch

- Turkey Burger for dinner

 

Sunday:

- Clif Bar for breakfast (eat early)

- Run 15 miles (gel every 4) - start run at 10am

- Cosi pizza for lunch

- GNC chocolate shake for dinner

 

Excited for the 15 miles - that will be a distance personal best for me by a mile and a half, and also will give me some much needed confidence when marathon training starts next week. I feel confident I can do it! I'm also doing two running challenges right now and could use the extra miles.
