Today is the first day of my new lifestyle change. I recently just weighed in for the game that I am taking part in, and I never want to see that number again. I have struggled with my weight for all of my life, but I am really going to tackle it now and work hard at getting myself back to the form that I need to be in order for me to be healthy and physically fit. I was always a big child and even a bigger adult. However, I am going to change that as of right now and work towards making a much needed change to my life.

Sign in to CommentThank you for the kind words Freya. My goal right now is to simply get more healthy and to shed the excess pounds that I have got from recent years. My long term goal is to get down to 220 but right now I want to tackle getting down to my 4 percent weight loss for the challenge I am taking part in on the 18th. I am taking it a little bit one day at a time.
