Yesterday morning I got in my Slimchick exercises. I love them so much. It's only 11 minutes a day which I will do inbetween getting my son ready for school. My mom stopped by so we headed out and picked up afew things for my son for christmas and new work shoes for me. Tomorrow at work will feel probably 10x's more comfortable unless i need to work myself into the shoes. I guess we shall see. For Lunch we ate at Boston Pizza. I had Nacho's and a beer as  a treat to myself so working so hard. I allow myself one treat a day. Whether it be popcorn and m&m's at the movies, cookies or what have you. As long as you are getting everything else in that your body needs as well and mind you other than the cookies which I have no control over at the moment lol I have been having half servings of the treats.  

Did you know that the Nacho's at Boston Pizza are over 1,000 calories if you eat the whole thing? I didn't know that. Yikes!!!

The daily carrot yesterday was to let everyone know what diet plan I am using and I would have to say no diet plan really. I am just listening to the advice of BuffMother and making changes here and there based on my own tastes and then logging everything into myfitnesspal to make sure that I am getting in all my nutrients on a daily basis.

The daily challenge was to eat eggs and I had 3 eggs for breakfast scrambeled with spinach and tomatoes! yummy!!! My P.O.A- is the same as last week to do the slimchick exercises in the am before work and school and do my cardio either at work or when I get home from work and the weights.
