I work in a office that LOVES a good potluck.  Today was the ultimate potluck of the year.  We call it Worksgiving!  I made turkey…. And if that was all that I had consumed, I would have been delighted.  But no, I had homemade bread, two servings of sausage dressing, and spent some quality time with my favorite casseroles: green bean and sweet potato.  From the time I got to the office until I submitted my official weigh in, I had gained 2.8 pounds :(

So what do I do now.  Do I wallow in my mistakes?  I know I should have been stronger.  I regret my food choices, but I’m not going to beat myself up over it. 

After all, tomorrow is another day.
