There are 10 days before we start this challenge! Here is how I am going to prep!

1) Plan my workouts for the entire month!

2) Plan my meals and grocery lists

3) Make snack packs for work so I don't eat the Holiday crap laying around

4) Get a food/exercise journal

5) Send all the cookies and snacks in my house, to my competitors.
