Today I got in a fantastic workout. This time Carter my son joined in and even was my spotter which was great :) We ate alot yesterday but it was all healthy so by the time it was time for a bedtime snack we weren't that interested. We ate taco's yesterday which means I got in my red meat for the daily challenge and I had avocado as well so I got that in for today's challenge!!!  Yesterday's Carrot was to cheer team mates on and I have been making sure that I have been doing that daily as well!
