Didn't write a blog post because the internet was down. But, I had a really good day. I noticed a 2 lb,. weightloss in the morning and I felt energized and inspired. Brought food to work ate a huge salad in the evening and then I felt really tired at about 9pm so went to bed.

I had done two workouts which felt amazing. One from Sandy Beach and the back and chest workout from the Quick Fit System. I feeling and seeing more defenition in my muscles. The energy I have is abounding.

Goals for today - meditate, do the workouts that inspire me, moving the entire time. (which is much easier to do now, but the temptation is still there to stop and write a letter or do laundry).

I am drinking lots of water, bringing water with me and thinking possitively.
