I am very thankful to be doing this, and thankful that all of you are out there doing it with me. I wasn't going to workout yesterday because Thanks Giving can have the reputation of being an all -you- can eat day and prepping food, laying around, having times set to meet with family and friends. On face book I saw a post from my friend saying how pretty the snow is (it snowed here on the east coast) and how perfect for a run. Then the motivation set in to do a Cardio Classic. Since that's my go-to workout it's usually done low impact, but the excitement of the choice to make it a move around because it's fun and bebeficial kicked in and it became a high impact workout - with actual sweat and a lot of smiling. Such a gift to be thankful for. To have a workout that is safe, feels good, works and is fun to do! I am very thankful. :)
