To help keep me motivated, I've decided on two 14 day workout challenges.  I'm not a fan of planks, and I kind of detest burpees.  That's all the more reason to do them, right??  I'm not keen on either of them because their hard.  I don't want them to be hard anymore.  I don't want to hate burpees.  Know, don't get me wrong, I'm not looking to fall in love with burpees.  BUT, I don't want to cringe every time I hear that word either.  I am combining it with the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans December challenge, so whichever exercise has the highest number, that's what I'll be doing.  I attached them all here so I know right where they are :)
