Tough Day

In some ways it was tough today and my eating was mindless. When I get my mind back I'll let you know. Only went over program 200 cal. So that's not too bad! Better then 2000.

Merry Christmas to me means getting this weight off so I can see many more Christmas's to share the good news of the real meaning of Christmas. The bible tells the true story. Luke 1

Today I pretty sure I stayed with in the guidelines. I walked 2 miles with my husband. I'm sure I have a long way to go.

Is that a spouse/significant other in your picture with you? Are they on your journey with you? I do think that helps a lot when you have support right there! 200 calories isn't awful BUT you know that the 200 add up to a pound before long and then another pound and another! You've tried the water route instead of the food route when you are bored and eating seems like a good idea? You can do this:)

Yes, this is my spouse. He is supportive. water route? Not sure what you are talking about. Yes 2oo cal. adds up for sure.
