I'm still making it, still sticking to it, and avoiding the wine and froyo down the street. YES!!

Day 2 consisted of a really LONG day, which helps I find whne you are dieting, and trying to lose weight. I definitely eat out of boredom, so keeping busy keeps me leaner. I work two jobs right now, my normal day job and then a few nights a week at a "just for fun" retail position. I consider it light exercise, ha. But, I really would love to get back to the gym. I'm just so tired all the time with work, other work, and a new puppy that the motivation I once had is severely lacking.

So, I signed up for a Barre class this Saturday. It's free, and if you've never taken one... they BURN! It surprised me during my first class, realizing that my arms that could (at that point) do 50 pounds barbell curls could barely get in that last girly push-up. Haha, it was semi-embarrasing as the instructor was a good friend of mine.

Anywho... here goes yesterday's stats:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, bread, cheese slice, apple

Lunch: salad with light champagne dressing from Trader Joe's, strawberries, grilled chicken, bleu cheese, and more avocado!

Snack: Apple, black coffee, carrots, hummus

Dinner: Apple with a veggie burger sandwich on sprouted rye

Caloric Total: 1465

Macros (C/F/P): 40/36/24 (Goal: 45/30/25)

Again my macros were too high in Fat, but not as much as yesterday (46%)

Accomplishment of the Day: Not bingeing after work on food. It's so easy to do when you are tired and were gone for long periods of time. Instead, I enjoyed and apple and some hummus/carrots.

Any accomplishments you all hit today? Anything you have as something to work on?
