Amanda, I totally wish you luck, you've identified the key areas that we all struggle with. I'll mention what I've done that's helped me, hopefully at least a little bit may be useful to you.1. Eating - When I slip and eat something unhealthy, I don't beat myself up, instead I recognize why I did and what I'll do next. Ex's: "I chose to eat ... because it's delicious", "I chose to eat ... because someone I love made it for me" etc. So it was MY choice, not that the food won over me. Because I don't let myself feel guilty, it's easy to say "The next thing I choose to eat will be healthy". Also, I've done a Whole30 and am doing another one now, and it's helped so much with my cravings. The first few days were brutal without sugar, but by the fourth or fifth day the cravings were gone. I no longer snack throughout the day or eat late at night, simply because I'm not hungry. It's not the easiest program to complete, but it only lasts 30 days and is a great nutritional reset.
