2. Accepting yourself - I watched one of those shows about food and health on Netflix, I think it was Hungry for Change. They suggested doing something I would have thought was dumb in the past, but that's really worked for me. They suggest looking at yourself in the mirror and once a day saying "I accept myself unconditionally right now". The show mentioned that you don't even have to believe it, but by saying it out loud, day after day, it will start to become true. Whenever I start to feel down on myself now, I hold my head up straight, smile, and repeat the line either to myself or out loud and it's amazing what it's done to help.3. Exercise - When I don't want to exercise but I'm scheduled to, I tell myself I'll just take a 5 or 10 minute walk so that I get some sort of movement in. Usually after 5 or 10 minutes, I feel better and can do a longer workout, but sometimes that doesn't happen, and I'm happy with the small walk I got in.Sorry for the long response, best wishes!!!!
