2015 is almost here. We have one more rager left next week, and then starting Jan 5th, most everyone will begin their new year resolutions. And then in a few weeks they’ll crap out on them.
On the 5th I start my own challenge. I joined the DietBet challenge hosted by Tania “The Machine” Baron, and Heidi and Chris Powell, and I bet that in four weeks I will lose 4% of my bodyweight. So I have four weeks to lose about 5 pounds. If I do it, I get a portion of the jackpot. If I don’t then I lose the money I bet.
But I’m not going to fucking fail. And I don’t want you to quit out on your resolutions either. So for the next four-ish weeks I will be sharing everything that I do to ensure my success. To ensure I meet my goals and be one the DietBet winners!

If you’re done with your limiting beliefs, and you want to stop being one of those people that are constantly wishing for better but doing nothing about it, then take advantage of all that I will share and apply it to your own life!
If you want to better yourself, develop discipline, and commitment then participate. Observe, learn, and implement!
