83 days to swim suit.

3 days since I last sinned ;-)

Forward looking - I've got this WHOLE WEEK OFF so I'm pretty excited about having the time to focus on getting some sleep, getting my workouts in and planning. I think I might actually meal plan/workout plan from now until the ski trip. Why not? I can always adjust it, and it's easier to do that that than start from scratch. I also invested in a new fitness dvd ($10 for three workouts, big money I know) from my favourite workout folks, The Firm, which is three 20 min workouts. My current firm workouts are all 45-55 min, and sometimes it's hard to find that amount of time.
