So over the past few years I have gained twenty pounds...I start every Monday the same way: Today's the day I start to lose weight!  And by 10am I am so stressed I eat everything in sight.  I am and have always been an emotional eater.  

My goal this year is to be happy and healthy.  Starting with changes in my career; I am a full time mom, college student and I work full time.  

So today's the day, I hit the gym (dusted off my membership card), and will be hitting the gym at least three times this week, small steps right?! 

Food is is going to be my biggest obstacle, so if anybody out here wants to be my partner I'm all for it! A buddy really helps keep me on track (mostly), just easier for me to be held accountable if I have to tell somebody exactly what I ate or if I worked out! 

 

Heres to to a new year and a new me!
